We have breathed new life into our classic glass plates, and have found (after much careful testing!) that all things eaten from within their warm pink walls take on a superior flavour – just like magic!

- Each plate features the Maison Balzac star logo on its base.
- Our glassware is hand blown, and as a result slight variances in shape, size and colour may occur. These variances are part of the inherent charm of handmade products, and should not be considered a fault. Any irregularities that may occur will never deter from the overall aesthetic of the product, or hinder its ability to be used as intended.

We have a range of shipping options due to our long-term partnership with UPS FedEx DHL. Our warehouse staff are expertly trained and will wrap your products according to our precise and exact specifications. Before shipping your items will be thoroughly inspected and secured. Every day, we send thousands of packages to clients from all over the world. This shows our commitment to becoming the biggest online retailer in the world. Both Europe as well as the USA have distribution and warehouse centers.
Note: Orders that contain more than one item will be assigned a processing date in accordance with the item.
Before shipment, all ordered items will be thoroughly examined. Today, most orders will be delivered within 48 hours. The delivery time should be between 3 and 7 working days.
Returns
Due to the multiple parties involved, including the factory and the warehouse, we're unable to completely manage our stock. So the actual stock may fluctuate at any moment. It is possible that the inventory could run out once your order has been placed.
Our policy lasts thirty days. If 30 days have gone without a trace since the purchase however, we're unable to give you a return or exchange.
The item you purchase must be in its original packaging and not be used. It must also be returned in the original packaging.
