The Coucou carafe is individually mouth blown in Smoke coloured borosilicate glass. Each piece is heat resistant and dishwasher safe*.
Maison Balzac star logo is sandblasted on the base of each carafe.
Available in one size.
- Carafe: 23cm height, 12cm diameter at base, approx. 1.2l capacity
- Materials: 100% Borosilicate Glass
- *although all Maison Balzac glassware is dishwasher safe, we recommend hand washing as these are precious glasses! Avoid putting ice directly in the empty glass; add the liquid first then the ice and drink up!

Prior to shipment, we inspect the ordered items thoroughly. The majority of orders are shipped within 48 hrs. The delivery time varies between 3-7 days.
Returns
The stock is constantly changing and not fully managed by us due to the involvement of multiple entities, including the factory as well as our warehouse. The actual stock can change at any moment. Be aware that it's possible for your order to run out of stock even after you have placed the order.
The policy is 30 days. Unfortunately, if thirty days have passed after you bought your item, we will not be able to provide a refund or exchange.
The item cannot be used and in its original condition. It must also be returned in the original packaging.
