Margot by Maison Balzac is an elegantly shaped candle that stands up by herself. We know the temptation is high to keep her as a decorative piece but we encourage you to light her and to watch the shape change overtime.

- Approx 15-16 hours burn time
- 100% plant based stearin wax with cotton wick (the wax is RSPO certified).
- Place on a heatproof, non-flammable base while burning. Keep away from draughts. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Do not leave the candles unattended. Blow out candle before flame reaches 2cm from base. Not for outdoor use.
- Please note that due to the nature of the wax, the candles may produce a soft white film on the outside. This is known as blooming, and is a naturally occurring process. It in no way affects the quality or burning of the candle, and can be removed with a gentle wipe with a soft cloth.
- Their candle wax is quite soft and might show minor marks on its surface. This may happen during transportation between the studio and your loving hands, and we hope this won’t deter from the beauty of its shape and colour!

Your items are carefully inspected and properly secured before shipping. Every day, we send hundreds of packages to our customers across many countries. Note: Orders containing more than one product are assigned a particular processing time based on the individual product.
We will inspect each and every one of the items ordered before shipping. The majority of orders are delivered within 48 hours. The delivery estimate is between 3-7 days.
Returns
The inventory is always changing and we cannot control it completely because of the fact that many stakeholders are involved, including our warehouse and factory. The actual inventory can change at any moment. It's possible that the stocks could be depleted after the order has been made.
Our policy is valid for a period of 30 days. We are unable to exchange or refund your order when it's been 30 days since you purchased it.
The item you purchase must be in its original packaging and be unused. It must also still remain in the original packaging.
